With an established track record of providing outstanding service to large corporate clients, the company is seeking an Interim HR Leader, reporting to the President, to help enhance the internal company culture and employee engagement.

Position Overview

The Creative Director leads the creative vision for the company’s programs and corporate events service lines, ensuring every initiative is executed with innovation and strategic flair. Reporting to the President this critical leadership role works closely with senior leadership, clients, and a diverse network of contractors to deliver engaging experiences that reinforce program goals. As the Creative Director, you will drive creative strategies that captivate audiences and align with the company’s clients’ business objectives, directly contributing to the company’s growth and industry-leading reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Drive Creative Strategy: Create overarching creative strategies for incentive programs and events that captivate participants and align with client business objectives.
  • Lead Creative Ideation: Spearhead brainstorming and ideation sessions, ensuring fresh, innovative approaches to program design and event execution from launch to completion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, sales directors, set designers, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life in a compelling, cohesive way.
  • Innovate New Offerings: Partner with the artistic director to develop new event concepts and incentive product offerings within the the company’s ecosystem, continually enhancing our service portfolio.
  • Manage Creative Talent: Lead and manage a network of creative contractors and freelancers, providing clear direction and maintaining top-tier quality across all creative deliverables.
  • Brand Ambassador: Serve as a brand ambassador for the company, representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to increase visibility and stay connected with industry trends.
  • Strategic Positioning: Provide strategic insight on marketing and positioning of the company’s offerings, helping to craft compelling client proposals and pitch presentations that win new business.
  • Vendor and Partner Relations: Maintain and nurture relationships with creative vendors and partners, ensuring access to the best talent, venues, and resources for program execution.
  • Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams on business development efforts, injecting creative vision into client pitches and demonstrating the value of our experiential approach.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in experiential marketing and event production to keep the company’s creative approach cutting-edge.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: Previous experience in creative leadership roles within experiential marketing, event production, or incentive program design (agency or client-side).
  • Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with the ability to connect a creative vision to strategic business objectives and ROI.
  • Presentation Skills: Proven ability to develop, articulate, and present compelling creative concepts and pitches to senior executives and enterprise clients.
  • Leadership: Experience managing and inspiring creative teams, freelancers, and vendors, with a collaborative leadership style that brings out the best in diverse creative talent.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with an aptitude for engaging and influencing internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
  • Industry Network: A robust network of creative professionals and industry contacts that can be leveraged for freelance talent, insights, and partnership opportunities.
