Director, Marketing – Brand 

ivy Group is leading the search for a Director, Marketing – Brand on behalf of a nationally recognized, purpose-driven organization with a strong social impact mandate. 

This is a newly created leadership role for a commercially-minded brand strategist who can translate insight into execution—and who knows how to drive results through purpose. You’ll be accountable for building an enterprise-wide brand strategy and ensuring it’s executed consistently across all lines of business. This is an opportunity to lead brand evolution from the inside out, working closely with peers in marketing, product, and business units to amplify relevance, trust, and growth. 

You’ll lead an in-house creative team, manage agency partnerships, and align brand and creative output to business priorities. The goal is clear: build a high-impact brand that connects with internal and external audiences—and delivers measurable outcomes. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Build and execute an enterprise-wide brand strategy, architecture, and positioning 
  • Lead integrated brand marketing campaigns that drive relevance, trust, and business growth 
  • Align brand and creative output with business priorities across multiple lines of business 
  • Leverage insights and brand health metrics to optimize messaging and creative direction 
  • Instill a brand-first mindset across teams while mentoring talent and leading performance 

What You Bring: 

  • Progressive experience in brand, marketing, or creative strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth or transformation environment 
  • Track record of brand building, repositioning, or transformation projects 
  • Strong grasp of design and copy principles; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus 
  • Experience running integrated campaigns to drive brand growth 
  • Familiarity with brand tracking tools, social listening platforms, and creative production workflows 
  • Comfort working in matrixed organizations and collaborating cross-functionally 
  • Experience leading and developing teams
