ivy Group is leading the search for a Marketing Manager, Analytics on behalf of a nationally recognized, purpose-driven organization with a strong social impact mandate.
This is a newly created role for a marketing analyst who knows how to move from raw data to actionable insight and isn’t afraid to challenge assumptions. You’ll lead campaign performance tracking, funnel analysis, segmentation strategy, and attribution reporting across a range of digital marketing initiatives.
The right candidate combines analytical rigour with storytelling. You’ll guide decision-makers with clear, confident recommendations that help optimize spend, sharpen targeting, and boost results. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, media agencies, and senior stakeholders to translate metrics into commercial impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Own campaign performance analysis across paid digital, social, email, and web
- Develop dashboards and reports that highlight CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and other KPIs
- Define measurement frameworks, tracking strategies, and attribution models
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta, LinkedIn, Marketo)
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to refine audience segmentation and targeting
- Present findings in clear, non-technical language to support smarter, faster decisions
What You Bring:
- Experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or digital insights
- Fluency with tools like Google Analytics 4, Tableau, Looker, Excel, SQL, Adobe Analytics
- Experience with ad platform reporting (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and digital campaign structure
- Confidence in data storytelling, you know how to distill complexity into clarity
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, and segmentation strategy
