Our client, a firm engaged in a rollup focused on the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sectors, is looking for an enterprising, Partner Development Manager to lead the rollup by identifying, contacting, and assembling a cohort of high-performance small businesses.
The end-game is to take this cohort of companies public within 24 months. Small business entrepreneurs, who individually could not publicly list their companies, will be offered immediate scale in the cohort and a pathway to more fully realize their business's value through access to the public markets.
This role is designed to curate and develop the cohort by assessing prospective businesses and their owners, providing clear and transparent information about the program, securing memberships with companies that fit a defined profile, and fostering trusted and lasting relationships throughout the process.
