Recruitment Consultant


ivy is growing! We’re actively searching for our next great teammate in the form of a contract recruitment consultant. This will be a six-month contract to start with the possibility of extension. (We have a flexible business model and are open to alternative arrangements).

You are one part private detective and one part connector with a relentless drive to keep going until you find the ‘gold’. Our clients turn to us not only for our track-record of success but also because of our ability to go beyond our networks and keep pace with today’s diverse and evolving talent requirements by looking outside of the ‘usual places’, leveraging our superior research and partnership development skills. We are transparent and communicate frequently, understanding that client relationships and the trust we bring to them are part of a long game designed to make us a valuable extension of our clients’ internal team.

This role will utilize your personal connections, our company database, your networking wizardry, your mastery of research and your deep proficiency with LinkedIn and social search to uncover the best possible candidates for our clients. You have turned search into an art and intuitively know how to create endless keyword combinations and compelling candidate reach-out communication. You’ll work in tandem with our partners to thoroughly understand our client’s role and overall business needs and apply those to your search strategy resulting in expeditious and quality hires. Your mantra is quality over quantity and you are allergic to sending anything less then what you feel is a great fit based on thorough skills and character assessment.

Ideally, you have a blend of industry and agency experience and have worked across multiple verticals and roles that fall across technology, sales, marketing, operations, HR and beyond. You’re a self-starter who is both detail-oriented and able to think strategically. You’ve worked with an ATS (or CRM) and are experienced working in the google and the MS ecosystems. You are highly driven, can effectively self-manage and are deadline oriented. How you meet that deadline is up to you – but you know exactly what it will take from you to meet it and will organize yourself accordingly.
