What you’ll be doing

As Vice President, Marketing reporting to the President and CEO you will:

  • Lead a first-class marketing capability within an entrepreneurial company as it forges a new path, creates a new identity, and charts new relationships with customers.
  • Be instrumental to the ongoing reinvention of iconic retail banners
  • Play a lead role in ensuring the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising strategies, including an effective omnichannel marketing strategy encompassing digital, ecommerce, retail, direct marketing, community, and curbside
  • Partner with key executive team members to build a new community engagement strategy and repurpose, renew and strengthen a loyalty program

We’d love to meet you if you have:
  • Marketing experience in retail or direct to consumer
  • Expertise in applying and leveraging a marketing skill set to enhance the customer’s digital experience
  • Ideally, understand how to use experiential marketing to enhance the quality of the customer journey
