A co-founder of ivy Group, Tracy takes a personal approach in everything she does.
Building on his earlier career as a writer, producer and director in the media industry with CBC and Bell Media, Adam joined ivy group inc., motivated to apply his research and people skills to the process of finding and attracting high calibre talent. Adam has been instrumental in placing candidates in a wide array of industries, including private equity, financial services, not-for-profit and retail.

Liz brings over 20 years as an experienced executive search consultant who specializes in the public and not-for-profit sectors, in addition to work within a variety of private sector industries. She also provides counsel on issues related to talent management from Director to C-Suite levels. She has worked previously for large executive search firms as well as running her own executive search research practice. She is an expert in candidate development and fit analysis and has developed a comprehensive interviewing process that assists in aligning client needs with candidate goals.
