As a co-founder of ivy Group, Tracy has built and grown a thriving executive search firm alongside two talented and dynamic partners. Together, they have cultivated a reputation for delivering exceptional results through highly personalized and strategic solutions. Tracy’s dedication to fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates sets her apart in the industry.
Throughout her career, Tracy has held key roles at leading organizations such as Deloitte Canada, Caldwell Partners, Odgers Berndtson, and Robert Half International. These experiences have shaped her comprehensive understanding of the search landscape and her ability to navigate complex talent needs across various industries.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree from York University and continues to bring a collaborative and approachable style to her work. She lives in Toronto with her husband, two children, and their beloved dog.

Emily has spent two decades as an entrepreneur and ten years in the executive and professional search space. As Founding Partner at ivy Group, she works with growth companies across a variety of verticals including technology, professional services, emergent media, healthcare, travel and tourism, private equity and venture capital. Emily’s search expertise spans revenue and operational positions across all levels from core contributor through to leadership positions. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University and lives in Vancouver with her husband, two children and small but mighty goldendoodle.

Catherine excels at uncovering hidden talent. She has a proven track record of placing board directors, chief and senior executives across multiple sectors. A co-founder of ivy Group, Catherine brings over 20 years of experience from Caldwell Partners, Odgers Berndtson, Spencer Stuart, and McKinsey and Company.  Catherine has an undergraduate degree from Dalhousie University and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from Western University. She jumps between the West Coast, Toronto and Kingston.
