One-on-one coaching

Our one-on-one coaching services are designed to help individuals reach their fullest potential. We work with you to explore strengths, challenges and goals across your personal and professional life, and design a coaching program to accelerate your growth.

This approach is best suited for individuals who are navigating change in their roles, aiming to level up their leadership skills, or are stepping into executive management for the first time. We’ve coached individuals facing everything from entering retirement, to getting out of burnout.

Our 1:1 coaching services include:

  • 2 Hour Discovery Session – A deep dive into where you’re at in your life and career, what brought you here, and where you’d like to be – $170 + HST 
  • Customized Coaching Programs – Ongoing 1:1 assessments, coaching, and support at a pace that best fits with your life and goals – Pricing dependant on program

Career Development Services

Our indvidual and team career coaching services were created to support your career transition and job search. Find your why, develop your personal value proposition, increase your visibility and ace your interviews through personalized one on one coaching or through group coaching, designed to provide support as you launch the next chapter.

With our group career coaching you can expect to be connected to peers going through a similar transformation as your coach guides the group through weekly sessions including workshops and masterclasses.

Group career coaching takes an otherwise lonely path and turns it into an inspiring group journey.

  • Resume and LinkedIn Profile Design – Lift your profile out of the the noise and get noticed. Understand the algorithms and keywords that will work to your advantage.
  • Interview Prep & Mock Interview – We use our combined decades of experience interviewing candidates and working with hiring managers to offer interview prep and mock interview services designed to bolster your confidence before the big day.
  • Negotiation Support – We’ve worked with both sides of the equation during the artful dance of negotiation and will work with you on the confidence and the tactics you need to get the salary you deserve.
