Emily has spent two decades as an entrepreneur and ten years in the executive and professional search space. As Founding Partner at ivy Group, she works with growth companies across a variety of verticals including technology, professional services, emergent media, healthcare, travel and tourism, private equity and venture capital.
Emily’s search expertise spans revenue and operational positions across all levels from core contributor through to leadership positions. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Queen’s University and lives in Vancouver with her husband, two children and small but mighty goldendoodle.
